These draft terms describe the intended use of the Filup website and application forms.

Filup is not a bank, does not lend directly, and does not provide cash loans to businesses. Filup connects verified businesses with trusted financial institutions that may finance inventory purchases.

Submission of a form does not guarantee approval, financing, supplier payment, or inventory delivery. Any financing offer is subject to verification and the selected financial institution's terms.
